Turn Instagram and Facebook chats into leads

Connect both accounts, answer from one inbox, and when a conversation is real, mark it as a lead. It lands in the same place as everything else, with the conversation attached.
One place for both accounts

Instagram and Facebook together
Connect the accounts once and both inboxes arrive in the same view, with the conversation history, so whoever is on shift can answer without knowing which platform the message came from.
Mark a conversation as a lead
One action turns a thread into a lead in Airdec, routed to a point of sale like any other. The thread stays attached, so the rep who calls has already read what was said.
Held carefully, and not for long
Message contents are stored encrypted and kept for thirty days, which is long enough to serve the customer and short enough that a messaging archive does not quietly become a liability.

Mark it as a lead

Messenger, in detail
Do I need a Business account?
Yes. Direct message access on both platforms is granted through a Meta business connection, the same authorisation flow used for your ad accounts. A personal profile cannot expose its inbox to any tool, ours included.
How long are messages kept?
Thirty days, encrypted at rest. Anything you need beyond that should live on the lead, as a note or a status, rather than in the message archive.
Does a marked lead count as a normal lead?
Yes. It carries a source of its own so you can see how many of your leads start as conversations, but it routes, notifies, changes status and appears in reporting exactly like the rest.
Which package includes it?
The messenger is part of the Pulse and One packages. Lead capture and the dashboard are on every package, including Flow.
