Where your leads come from
Four channels, one record.Four channels, one record. Add a campaign or a form and nothing downstream changes.
Meta lead ads
Connect as many ad accounts and lead forms as you run. Every campaign maps onto the same record, and the custom questions you ask arrive as their own columns.
HTML Form
Any form on your site can reach Airdec, including one whose markup you cannot change. Nothing about the form your visitors see has to move.
Website Agent
The AI assistant on your site files each conversation as a lead, transcript attached, so a visitor who would never fill in four fields still becomes one.

Instagram & Facebook DMs
A serious buyer often opens with a message, not a form. Mark the real ones as leads and they route and report like the rest, thread attached.
The first minute
What happens the moment a lead arrives
Stored in Airdec
Every source names its fields differently; a rule engine maps them onto one record, and a duplicate submission stays one lead.Every source names its fields differently. A rule engine maps them onto one record (name, phone, email, campaign, city) with no per-platform code to keep alive. The same person submitting twice is caught by a hash of the source and the form, so they stay one lead.
It reaches a person
Airdec resolves the lead to the right point of sale and pushes it to that rep’s phone in seconds. Two taps to set a status.Airdec resolves the lead to the point of sale that should handle it and pushes it to that rep in the Airdec app on their phone, in seconds. Setting a status takes two taps. There is no new system for a dealer to adopt.
Every change is recorded
Every status change is recorded by the database itself, whoever made it, so the history is complete rather than remembered. The lead lives in Airdec, not in an inbox. Every status change is recorded by the database itself, whoever made it: the app, the bot, the console, the admin. The history is complete rather than as complete as somebody remembered to be.
Lead capture, in detail
Which lead sources can Airdec capture?
Lead ads from Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok; any form on your website; Instagram and Facebook direct messages; and your site’s AI assistant. Ad performance data is a separate connection and covers Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4. Keep the two lists separate in your head; they are not the same.
Do I have to rebuild my website forms?
No. There are several ways in and you pick the one that fits your site, including forms whose markup you cannot change, the usual case with a theme or a page builder. The form your visitors see stays exactly as it is.
What happens if the same person submits twice?
They stay one lead. Airdec fingerprints each submission by its source, its original id and the form it came from, and the database refuses the duplicate outright. It is a constraint rather than a nightly clean-up job, so there is no window in which two copies of the same person are being called by two different reps.
How quickly does a lead reach the sales rep?
Seconds. The lead arrives in the Airdec app on the rep’s phone as a push notification, not as a row in a queue somebody has to remember to open. How long it then takes them to respond is measured inside your own business hours, so nobody is scored for the night shift they do not work.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Lead capture is country-agnostic. If the platform or the form can reach us, the lead lands, wherever your business and your buyers are. The same is true of routing, statuses and reporting: none of it is tied to a market.
