Every lead reaches a person in seconds

Airdec pushes each lead to the rep who owns it, in seconds, and shows you location by location how long they took.Airdec works out which point of sale should handle a lead and pushes it to that rep as a push notification in the Airdec app on their phone. Two taps to set a status. And you can see, location by location, how long they really took.

No new system for anyone to adopt

The rep keeps the app they already have open. The rep keeps the app they already have open. You get the record either way.

An app, not a system to roll out

The lead arrives as a push notification on the rep's phone: name, phone number, campaign, and the buttons to take it or hand it back. It installs from a link, there is nothing to configure, and no training session to schedule.

Everyone sees only their own

A rep sees the points of sale they belong to and nothing else, so a twenty-branch network is not twenty people reading each other's leads. Managers see across their branches, with the same statuses and the same history.

Reaction time they can't dispute

The median is measured inside the business hours you configure, and each hand-off is scored against that owner's own hours. A lead that lands at 18:50 and is answered at 09:10 counts as ten minutes, not fourteen hours.

From arrival to answer

What routing does

01

It resolves to a point of sale

The lead carries its campaign, form and city, and Airdec maps that onto the branch that can serve this person. The lead carries the campaign, the form and the city it came from. Airdec maps that onto one of your points of sale, so the branch that can serve this person is the branch that hears about them.

02

It goes out as a notification

A push notification on the rep’s phone within seconds, instead of a row in a queue somebody has to remember to open. Not a row in a queue somebody has to remember to open. A push notification on the rep's phone, within seconds of the platform handing us the lead.

03

Ownership is one column

Phone, console or admin, every status writes to the same field, so nobody is told a different story about who has the lead.Whether the status is set on a phone, in the console or in admin, it writes to the same field. Two people looking at the same lead can never be told different things about who has it.

Questions

Delivery, in detail

Do dealers need an Airdec account?

They need one login, and that is the whole setup. The app installs from a link on any phone, with no store and no IT ticket, and a dealer is working leads within a minute of opening it. Access follows the points of sale they belong to, so nobody has to be told what to ignore.

How is “speed to lead” calculated?

It is the median time from a lead arriving to its first status, computed inside the brand's configured business hours, and grouped by when the lead arrived rather than when someone got around to touching it. Both choices exist to stop the number being arguable. A metric dealers reject is a metric nobody manages by.

What if nobody picks a lead up?

It surfaces in the Needs Attention feed, oldest first, and a manager can resend it with a note. The wait is visible on the lead's own timeline afterwards, on both the wall clock and the working clock, so a slow leg cannot quietly disappear.

Can a rep hand a lead back?

Yes. Releasing a lead is a recorded event like any other, with who released it and when, and it returns to the queue for the point of sale rather than vanishing into somebody's inbox.
